As the owner/operator of North Coast Flight School Inc. I feel it is my objective to train individuals in all aspects of aviation in order to make them the safest and knowledgeable pilots in the area.  I hope to meet and personally work with each of our students.

Fred Morrison - Flight Instructor SEL, CFI, CFII, Helicoptoter CFII, NCFS Chief Instructor

Fred is a retired Navy helicopter pilot who graduated from Commodore Perry High School in Hadley, PA.  While in the Navy, he earned his BS in Physics at the Naval Academy and completed Naval Flight School to receive his “wings of gold” in 1998.  He has flown a variety of missions including helicopter flight instruction, shipboard operations, logistics, external cargo, and Search and Rescue in both the maritime environment and the inland mountainous terrain of the Pacific Northwest.  In 2017, Fred became the newest helicopter pilot for STAT Medevac. His interests include flying, motorcycle riding, hunting, and tinkering with his old car.

Bryan Loomis - CFI-AGI-IGI

Bryan is a local guy hailing from Edinboro Pa. He first began flying at the young age of 10 by taking some airplane rides and getting some stick time flying Piper Cubs at Dart Airport in Mayville, NY. Later in his late teens his aviation mentor Ken (Vern) Bittner helped Bryan get a job at North Coast Flight School where he worked to take flying lessons. Bryan earned his private pilot certificate in September of 2008 at the age of 19. After some time away from aviation, Bryan  returned to NCFS as an AGI/IGI and is now a commercial pilot and a certified flight instructor. In addition to flight instructing, running the drone program, and teaching the the AERO ACADEMY classes, he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing with his band, as well as spending time with his wife and two daughters.
